Jessica Biel was born in the US as an American actor, model and performer. The modeling industry was her first profession. In the wake of a grant she was awarded at a convention where she studied acting, she began taking classes with Young Actor's Space. The character she played was Mary Camden, she starred in the WB 7th Heaven series. Even though this role earned immense fame to her however, she felt that the image about Mary Camden being a nice lady would hinder her acting abilities. To break the image she wore a t-shirt and a skirt for the cover picture of Gear magazine. Jessica's act caused a lot of controversy with her fan base. When she performed on the 6th season on 7th Heaven, Jessica left. In the movie Ulee's Gold, she gained immediate recognition for her outstanding acting. This movie won her the prize for best Supporting Female Actress. Comedy film Summer Catch bears the proof of her incredible acting abilities. The Rules of Attraction, despite the stellar performance of its star actress it was not a huge success. In the following years, audiences were drawn by her character on The Texas Chainshaw Massacre. Her acting in suspense movies has shown her to be an actor of serious stature.
